We want you to be happy with your Power X Levels purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue so we can review your request.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

Please carefully review the size chart and product information before placing your order.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact Power X Levels with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos showing the problem.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps.
